Ksenija Iljina

Ksenija Iljina is the Research Grant Coordinator in the Faculty of Economics at the University of Cambridge. In this role, she oversees the financial administration of the Leverhulme Trust International Professorship (LTIP) award, managing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting with precision.

Her expertise encompasses finance operations, financial planning and analysis, nonprofit stewardship, budgeting, HR and payroll administration, and regulatory compliance. Ksenija also has extensive experience in leading strategic communications, cultivating relationships with funding bodies, driving PR and marketing initiatives, and executing events, all aimed at advancing project goals, enhancing research visibility, and promoting a strong research culture and ethics.

Ksenija also contributes to the Social Consequences of Religion Initiative, led by Professor Sriya Iyer at the University of Cambridge’s Faculty of Economics, and has held teaching responsibilities at University College London since 2021. She holds a Ph.D. in Heritage, History, and Cultures from University College London and an M.A. in Cultural Management from King’s College London.
